Internship or Work Student (m/f/d) – Change Management and Leadership Consulting

 

Junior Consultant (m/w/d) - Change Management and Leadership Consulting

The job includes various areas of responsibility in which you have a great deal of creative freedom.

Project management and marketing tasks:

  • Support of all administrative and coordinating activities in customer projects
  • Independent coordination and follow-up of project progress
  • Preparation of proposals for potential clients in the area of change management and leadership consulting according to RfP (request for proposal) or specifications of the senior partner
  • Content preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
  • Creation and optimization of marketing and sales materials
  • Research and preparation of publications and studies
  • Tracking down scientific articles and topics relevant to practice

Tasks in the area of Leadership Consulting

  • Development of the content of management training courses in consultation with the senior partner and the clients
  • Organizational preparation and follow-up as well as operational support in the implementation of trainings, workshops and large group events

Tasks in the area of change management

  • Support of senior consultants and partners in the operational implementation of change management projects
  • Conceptual co-design of change processes in projects with international clients

You should bring with you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an international university or comparable degree with a major in psychology or business psychology
  • Tools of the trade in consulting: excellent in PowerPoint, very good in personal presentation, aliveness and a lot of initiative
  • Initial internship experience and professional experience in the area of change management or personnel management/organizational development is an advantage
  • Understanding of business processes and business models as well as understanding of social dynamics in companies
  • Deep respect for people and tolerance of difference, as well as the competence to deal with it
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn when presenting to groups of all sizes
  • Distinct flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Business German and English as minimum requirement, any other languages welcome
  • Excellent MS product knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).

Assistance of the Managing Director - Work Student (m/f/d)

Do you have organizational skills and enjoy working with people? You are not afraid to take responsibility and want to make significant contributions to the success of a sustainable, humanitarian company? To support the managing director and the team of consultants, we are looking for an assistant on a working student basis of approx. 15 hours per week. You can expect a varied range of tasks in close contact with clients who have high expectations of our work and the quality of our relationships. 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Taking over the scheduling and travel planning of the managing director
  • Managing contacts
  • Contact person for clients
  • Preparation and follow-up of appointments and forward calendar planning
  • Preparation of presentation documents and keeping of project folders
  • Support for marketing activities
  • Responsibility for special tasks

You should bring with you:

  • Organizational skills, pragmatism and quality orientation
  • Sense of responsibility, convincing and friendly appearance, diplomatic skills as well as flexibility and high commitment in dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Experienced handling of MS Office programs, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and MSTeams
  • Confident in German and English ( international experience welcome)
